Configure system-wide settings for your organization.

Available to: Admin role

General Settings

Default LanguageDefault language for new users (English / Arabic)
Time ZoneOrganization time zone for attendance calculations
Date FormatDD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY
Week StartFirst day of the work week (Sunday or Monday)

Attendance Settings

GeofencingEnable/disable location verification for check-in
Auto Check-outAutomatically check out employees after shift end + buffer
Overtime ThresholdMinimum minutes beyond shift to count as overtime
Allow Manual CorrectionsWhether HR can manually adjust attendance records

Notification Settings

Email NotificationsEnable/disable email for approvals and status changes
Push NotificationsEnable/disable mobile push notifications
Approval RemindersSend reminders for pending approvals after X hours
EscalationAuto-escalate approvals after X hours

Security Settings

SettingDescription
Password PolicyMinimum length, require special characters, etc.
Session TimeoutAuto-logout after inactivity (in minutes)
Biometric LoginAllow biometric authentication on mobile

Accessing Settings

  1. Go to AdministrationSettings
  2. Modify the desired settings
  3. Click Save
note

Settings changes take effect immediately for new sessions. Active users may need to refresh or re-login.
