Downgrading
caution
When downgrading, ensure your current usage doesn't exceed the new plan's limits. For example, if you have 50 employees and downgrade to Free (10 limit), you'll need to deactivate employees first.
Trial Period
New companies start with a trial period that includes Professional features. After the trial expires:
- The company reverts to the Free plan
- Data is preserved
- Upgrade is available at any time
