Mobile Requests

Submit and track requests directly from your phone.

Submitting a Request

  1. Go to the Requests tab
  2. Tap New Request (+ button)
  3. Select the Request Type
  4. Fill in the required fields
  5. Optionally add notes and attachments
  6. Tap Submit

Request Types

All 14 request types are available on mobile:

Leave RequestLeave type, start date, end date, reason
Expense ClaimAmount, category, receipt attachment
Overtime RequestDate, hours, reason
Transfer RequestTarget department, reason
ResignationLast working day, reason
Loan RequestAmount, repayment plan

GrievanceSubject, description, confidential flag

Tracking Requests

Your submitted requests are listed with:

  • Type and date
  • Current status (Pending, In Review, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled)
  • Approval progress if multi-stage workflow

Tap any request to see full details, including:

  • Approver comments
  • Rejection reasons (if applicable)
  • Workflow stage progress

Cancelling a Request

  1. Open the request details
  2. Tap Cancel (only available for pending requests)
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Attachments

  • Tap the attachment icon when submitting a request
  • Choose from camera (take photo) or gallery
  • Supported formats: images (JPG, PNG), PDF
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per attachment
