Mobile Requests
Submit and track requests directly from your phone.
Submitting a Request
- Go to the Requests tab
- Tap New Request (+ button)
- Select the Request Type
- Fill in the required fields
- Optionally add notes and attachments
- Tap Submit
Request Types
All 14 request types are available on mobile:

| Overtime Request | Date, hours, reason |
| Transfer Request | Target department, reason |
| Resignation | Last working day, reason |
| Loan Request | Amount, repayment plan |
| Training Request | Course/program, dates, cost |
| Grievance | Subject, description, confidential flag |
| Certificate Request | Certificate type |
| Clearance Request | Clearance items |
| Asset Custody | Asset details |
| Business Trip | Destination, dates, purpose |
| Job Referral | Candidate details, position |
| General Request | Free-form subject and description |
Tracking Requests
Your submitted requests are listed with:
- Type and date
- Current status (Pending, In Review, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled)
- Approval progress if multi-stage workflow
Tap any request to see full details, including:
- Approver comments
- Rejection reasons (if applicable)
- Workflow stage progress
Cancelling a Request
- Open the request details
- Tap Cancel (only available for pending requests)
- Confirm the cancellation
Attachments
- Tap the attachment icon when submitting a request
- Choose from camera (take photo) or gallery
- Supported formats: images (JPG, PNG), PDF
- Maximum file size: 10 MB per attachment
