Logging In

Web Application

1. Navigate to your company's ZAINOVA URL in your browser.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click Sign In.
4. You'll be taken to your personalized dashboard.

tip

Your account is associated with one specific company (tenant). If your organization has multiple companies, each has its own login.

Mobile App

1. Open the ZAINOVA app on your phone.
2. If needed, tap the settings icon on the login screen to configure the Server URL.
3. Enter your email and password.
4. Tap Sign In.

Server URL

If your company uses a custom server, enter it in Server Settings before logging in. The default is https://zainova.org.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Problem	Solution
"Invalid credentials"	Double-check email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Forgot password	Contact your HR administrator to reset your password.
Account locked	Contact your system administrator.
Can't reach server	Check your internet connection. Verify the server URL is correct.
