Profile & Settings

Manage your account, preferences, and app settings.

Viewing Your Profile

  1. Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner (web)
  2. Tap the Profile tab (mobile)

Your profile shows:

  • Full name and email
  • Department and position
  • Employee ID
  • Role assignment
  • Account status

Editing Profile Information

note

Some fields may be locked by your administrator. Contact HR if you need to update locked fields.

Editable Fields

  • Profile photo
  • Phone number
  • Emergency contact

Admin-Only Fields

  • Name, email, department, position, role — managed by administrators

Language Settings

WorkForce supports:

  • English (default)
  • Arabic (العربية) with full RTL layout

To change language:

  1. Go to ProfileSettings (web) or Profile screen (mobile)
  2. Select your preferred Language
  3. The interface updates immediately

Theme Settings

  • Light mode — Default bright theme
  • Dark mode — Reduced eye strain
  • System — Follows your device preference

App Version (Mobile)

The mobile profile screen shows:

  • Current app version
  • Check for Updates button to manually check for OTA updates
  • Permission status for location, camera, photos, notifications, and biometrics

Security

Changing Password

  1. Go to ProfileChange Password
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click Save

Biometric Authentication (Mobile)

  • Enable Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint for quick login
  • Go to ProfileSecurity settings
  • Must have device biometric set up first
