Requests

Submit and track HR requests through the self-service portal.

Submitting a Request

  1. Go to My Requests in the sidebar (web) or Requests tab (mobile).
  2. Click New Request (or tap + New).
  3. Select a request type.
  4. Fill in the required fields (title, dates, description, etc.).
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Your manager/HR will be notified automatically.

Leave Types

When submitting a leave request, select the appropriate leave type:

  • Annual — Regular paid vacation
  • Sick — Medical leave
  • Personal — Personal day
  • Maternity — Maternity leave
  • Paternity — Paternity leave
  • Unpaid — Leave without pay
  • Emergency — Urgent unplanned leave

Request Statuses

In ReviewBeing reviewed by an approver in the workflow

RejectedRequest denied (includes reason)
CancelledCancelled by the requester

Tracking Your Requests

  • Filter requests by status using the filter tabs
  • View details including approval history and comments
  • Add comments to ongoing requests
  • Attach files (documents, receipts, images)
  • Cancel a pending request if no longer needed

Approval Routing

When you submit a request, it's automatically routed based on your organization's workflow configuration:

  1. With workflow — Request follows the configured approval stages (e.g., Manager → HR → Finance)
  2. Without workflow — Request goes to your direct manager and HR for review

You'll receive a notification whenever your request's status changes.
